We have sprung forward... No slowing down now...

First off, thank you for all of the warm wishes and positive thoughts as we undertake this new adventure.

We are all working hard at getting everything set up. We just started using the new computer system this week for operations. Please be patient as we learn all of the steps to invoicing and record keeping. A few of our accounts have not transitioned well with the switch over, so our orders have not been as regular as previous. We are working to correct these things.

There is a new appointment reminder system. We apologize if we don't have all the bugs worked out, some clients may have received a barrage of messages.

We are in the process setting up an online store to order from, hoping this is up and going in a few weeks. Reminder- we no longer fulfill online prescription orders. You must come in and pick up paper prescription to submit on your own.

A couple things we have already implemented:

Electronic VFD's, CVI's (Health Certificates), Coggins Forms. This is all saved and made electronically. We will be asking for email addresses for those using these forms, so copies can be sent electronically. Please call with any questions or concerns with this switch.

Credit applications. We are handing out forms to all of those large animal accounts that wish to charge. If you chose not to fill out a form, charging will not be permitted. Invoices are due 15th of the Month. Outstanding balances will incur 1.5% charges after this date. Unpaid accounts will lose privileges after 60 days of non-payment. All small animal services/products are due at time of service, these are not invoiced, even if you have a large animal account.

Large Animal Pricing. Please call or stop in for consultation on products and pricing. We currently offer discounted drop-shipped orders, and would love discuss our offers.

Animal Updates:

Spring is always a busy time for annual exams and vaccinations on our dogs and cats. Make sure to schedule your appointments and stop in to get your flea/tick preventatives. The bugs are coming!

Ruminants (Cows, Sheep, goats) Have all been having babies. If you are having any concerns with sickness, please call for help trouble shooting. We are happy to review vaccination protocols and management practices. It is also time to be thinking about your next breeding season, so make sure we get your bulls tested! With the price of cattle, you cannot afford to have an infertile bull.

Equine. Make sure to get updated vaccines and EIA (Coggins) before trail riding and show season is upon us. Consider Rabies vaccination if this isn't already in your protocol. We are happy to schedule teeth floating along with vaccination appointments.

Swine. We are happy to trouble shoot sickness and perform diagnostics as problems arise. For those with show pigs, make sure to know the rules and testing require for each show. These can vary for state and show.

Happy Spring, enjoy the warming weather!
