Information for Clients

Emergency Services

These include clients whose pets, horses, or livestock have been seen by either doctor within the last 12 months (must have a current Veterinary Client Patient Relationship or VCPR).

We can be reached by dialing the clinic number, the call will be forwarded to the doctor on-calls cell phone.
Clients MUST LEAVE A VOICEMAIL if emergency services are needed. A name, phone number, and details of the emergency should be left on the message. Once the doctor receives the voicemail, they will call back as soon as possible.
All after hour services incur Emergency Fees, Full payment is due at time of service.

We strive to have a doctor available after hours to assist at all times, if you cannot get ahold of us:
- Feel free to call again after 30 mins. We may have missed your message or be in the middle of another emergency
- Large Animal emergencies - we are likely assisting another emergency and we will be getting back to you as soon as possible.
- Small animal emergencies may call the nearest 24 hour emergency clinic, All City Pet Care South in Sioux Falls, SD. Their phone number is (605) 335-4004. This is a 24hr facility.
